We request advance payment of 100% of the value of the package at the time of booking.

- Advance payment of 100% of the package value may occur at any time after booking confirmation; - In case of cancellation there will be no refund;

The hotel pool will undergo preventative maintenance from March 27th to April 5th, reopening on April 6th.

We apologize and thank you for your understanding.

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;
- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old stays free, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 100% prepayment of the accommodation cost may be made at any time after booking confirmation; see policy.

- No refunds will be given for cancellations made outside of the deadline.
