- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to eight years old stays free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 8 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 8 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.

- Pets are not allowed.
