ADVANCE PAYMENT METHODS:

• 6 installments on credit cards issued in Brazil.

The card used for advance payment will be requested at check-in.

• For your security: at check-in you will need to present the same card used for the reservation;

• To cover extra charges, a pre-authorization of R$ 500.00 per day will be made on the reservation holder's credit card at check-in.

• We do not accept checks as a form of payment.

Flexible booking allows for changes or cancellations within the deadline.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We require 100% prepayment of the accommodation at the time of booking. Reservations may be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within the established deadline.

Daily Rates:
• Cancellation allowed up to 72 hours before check-in; after this date, the accommodation becomes non-refundable.

Early Departure:
• No refund.

No-show (failure to appear on the day of check-in):
• The full amount will be charged, with no refund.

Check-in: from 3 PM

Check-out: until 12 PM

Breakfast: served in the resort restaurant, from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Reception: 24-hour service

Children: up to 2 children under 11 years old, staying in the same room as their guardians, stay free of charge. Accommodation only in Crystal and Golden categories.

Taxes: 4% surcharge for ISS (Service Tax) on the daily rate.
