Cancellation or alteration is not permitted in case of no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation. The hotel may be issued the debit card or pre authorize the credit card at the time of booking.

All reservations can be cancelled free of charge with 48 hours in advance of check-in. In case of cancellation after the deadline will be charged daily for a value.

- One child up to 6 years old sharing the same bed as their parents stays free of charge. If you request an extra bed, please check availability and rates with the hotel.

Extra beds are available in the Superior Double Bed, Luxury Double Bed, and Luxury Premier Double Bed categories.

- Room service is available daily between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge.

- For a third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged.

- One child up to six years old stays free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate.

- When booking 10 or more apartments, our group policy will apply. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to change.

- Pets are not allowed.
