- Cancellations or changes made up to 72 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation;
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
General Policy
Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. After this deadline, the full amount of the first night's reservation will be charged in case of cancellation, change, or no-show.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.
Third Guest Fee: An additional fee corresponding to 25% of the daily rate will be charged for the third guest.
Children's Policy: Children up to six years old will not incur any additional cost, provided they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over six years old will have an additional fee of 25% of the daily rate. If there are two children under six years old, one will be exempt from the fee, while the other will be subject to a charge of 25% of the daily rate.
Group Policy: For reservations of 10 or more apartments, our group policy will apply. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Check-in Documents
At check-in, we require the presentation of an original photo ID (RG, CNH) and completion of the Guest Registration Form (FRH).
