Dear guests: the pool is cleaned and maintained on Mondays and is unavailable for use on this day.

- Check-in time starts at 2:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old will be free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment.

Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one of them will be free and one will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

When booking 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.
