- Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card; - Cancellations or changes up to 24 hours before check-in time can be made free of charge. Cancellation, changes and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night of the reservation.

If it is a Package, there will be a charge or retention of the amounts spent on items made available for the reservation that was not made.

General Policy

Our pool and gym will undergo preventive maintenance on June 19 and 20, and these areas will be available for use from June 21.

We apologize and appreciate your understanding.

- Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old will be charged free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one of them will be free and one will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

When booking 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.

- Pets are not allowed.
- Advance payment of 100% of the accommodation value may be made at any time after confirmation of the reservation; See policy.
- In case of cancellation outside the deadline, there will be no refund;
