- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.

- Cancellation or modification until 48 hours before the check-in can be done without charge. Cancellations, modification after that deadline or no-show will be charged 100% of the rate for the first night of the reservation;

Good news at Blue Tree Anália:
We are working on improvements to the suites to make them even more sensational.
*The works are taking place from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 7pm.

- Check-in time is from 2pm and check-out must be done by 12pm. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;
- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;
- One child up to six years old will be free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one of them will be free and one will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.

- Pets are allowed.

- Child policy: 1 child free of charge up to 5 years and 11 months old, provided they sleep in the same bed as their parents.
