The deadline for cancellation is 72 hours before check-in. in case of cancellation after the deadline will be charged daily for a value.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his/her parents, it is necessary to present written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents.

The hotel offers an extra bed service, but only to accommodate 1 child up to 12 years of age. To use an extra bed, a 25% charge will be made on the double room rate for the request.

The hotel accepts pets at an additional cost;
Only pets up to 10 kg are allowed;
Up-to-date vaccination records must be presented at check-in.

The hotel's voltage is 220 in all sockets.

- Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;
- One child up to six years old is free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one of them will be free and one will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.
