We request advance payment of 100% of the package.

The deadline for cancellation or change without charge is 2 days before entry. In case of cancellation after the deadline will be charged daily for a value.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not a parent, a written authorization is required for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents, and presented along with certified copies of the parents' identity documents.

Children up to 6 years old are exempt from charges, provided they are accommodated in their parents' bed. In case of a request for an extra bed, prices and availability must be checked with the hotel.

The hotel accepts pets at an additional cost;

Only pets up to 10 kg are allowed;

An updated vaccination card must be presented at check-in.

The hotel voltage is 220V in all outlets.

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- One child up to six years old stays free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.
