Cancellation Policies
Cancellation or alteration is not permitted in case of no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation. The hotel may be issued the debit card or pre authorize the credit card at the time of booking.
General Policy
- Se podrán realizar cancelaciones o cambios hasta 24 horas antes del horario de check-in sin coste alguno. Cancelaciones, cambios y no presentación después de este plazo se cargará el 100% de la primera noche de la reserva; - Todas las reservas deben estar garantizadas con tarjeta de crédito; - El horario de entrada es a partir de las 14:00 horas y el de salida deberá realizarse antes de las 12:00 horas. El check-in anticipado o el check-out tardío pueden generar cargos adicionales; - Para el tercer huésped se cobrará el 25% de la tarifa diaria; - Un niño de hasta seis años se aloja gratis, siempre y cuando duerma en una de las camas preexistentes en el apartamento. Los niños mayores de 6 años deberán abonar el 25% de la tarifa diaria. En el caso de dos niños menores de 6 años, uno de ellos entrará gratis y al otro se le cobrará el 25% de la tarifa diaria; - Al realizar reservas de 10 o más apartamentos, implementaremos nuestra política de grupos. Se requiere firmar un contrato y los precios pueden estar sujetos a ajustes. - No se permiten mascotas.
