Dear guests, please be advised that the hotel pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance until November 7, 2026. During this period, access to the pool will not be available. We are working to complete the services as soon as possible, aiming to guarantee the quality and safety of our facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We remain at your disposal for any clarifications.

- Please complete WebCheck-in with facial recognition via our website or using the QR Code at our reception.

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old is free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

Cribs and extra beds are subject to availability and additional charges;

When booking 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.

- Reservations with early departure will not be refunded.

From 7 years old, the guest must be considered an adult, with charges.

The parking lot has spaces with electric car chargers - beepbeep.

For accommodations with pets:

Accommodation only in luxury apartments;

Up to 15 kg;
Only one pet per accommodation;
Copy of Vaccination Card delivered at check-in (more than 30 days and less than 1 year old);

Sign a Liability Waiver at check-in;
The animal may be left alone in the apartment for a maximum of 2 hours, provided it does not make noise that may disturb other guests. Signal with the sign on the doorknob so that the cleaning staff and other employees do not enter the room;
We are passionate about pets, but some people may not feel comfortable or even be afraid. Therefore, whenever you are in any common area (Lobby, Corridors and Elevators), keep your pet on a leash, in your lap or in carriers/bags;
We are inside a Business Complex, therefore access can only be made through the hotel's main entrance;
Housekeeping must be requested at reception and will only be carried out accompanied by the guest or when the pet is absent. The guest will be responsible for collecting the waste and used hygienic mat;
In case of any material damage caused by the pet or in case of an incident with injuries to other people or pets, the owner is solely responsible for providing assistance to the victim and for the resulting expenses;
The hotel may suspend accommodation at any time in case of non-compliance with the rules and conduct.
An additional fee + tax is charged on the daily rate of the apartment.
