- We request advance payment of 100% of the package value;
- ** The credit card used at the time of booking serves only as a guarantee. The reservations manager will then contact you to send the necessary documentation for debit.
Cancellation Policies
The cancellation deadline is 48 hours before check-in.
Reservations are confirmed until 12:00 pm on the day after arrival.
- In case of no-show of guaranteed or prepaid reservations or canceled after the deadline, the amount corresponding to one night may be charged or retained as a fine, and will not be considered as a credit. If it is a Package, there will be a charge or retention of the amounts spent on items made available for the reservation that was not made.
General Policy
- WebCheck-in, with facial recognition, through our website or by scanning the QR Code at our reception.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;
- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;
- One child up to six years old is free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one of them will be free and one will be charged 25% of the daily rate;
Cribs and extra beds subject to availability and additional charge;
When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.
- Reservations with early departure will not be refunded.

Guests over 7 years of age must be considered adults, with a charge.
The parking lot has spaces with electric car chargers - beepbeep.
For accommodations with pets:
Accommodation only in luxury apartments;
Up to 15 kg;
Only one pet per accommodation;
Copy of Vaccination Card provided at check-in (more than 30 days and less than 1 year ago);
Sign a Liability Term at check-in;
The animal may be left alone in the apartment for a maximum of 2 hours, as long as it does not make noise that could disturb other guests. Use the sign on the doorknob to signal the cleaning team and other employees not to enter the room;
We are passionate about pets, but some people may not feel comfortable or may even be afraid. Therefore, whenever you are in any common area (Lobby, Corridors and Elevators), keep your pet on a leash, in your lap or in carriers/carrier bags;
We are located in a Business Complex, so access can only be made through the main entrance of the hotel;
Cleaning must be requested at reception and will only be done when accompanied by the guest or when the pet is absent. The guest will be responsible for picking up the waste and used hygienic mat;
Any material damage caused by the pet or in the event of an incident involving injuries to other people or pets, the owner is solely responsible for providing assistance to the victim and for the resulting expenses;
The hotel may suspend the stay at any time in the event of non-compliance with the rules and conduct.
An additional amount + tax will be charged in the daily rate of the apartment.
