ATTENTION:

NOTICE 1: On November 10, 2025, there will be an interruption in the electricity supply between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM!

NOTICE 2: We will have scheduled maintenance on our pool from November 16th to 23rd, 2025. During this period, our guests can enjoy the pool bar and one adult/children's pool as usual.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but these are necessary actions for implementing improvements.

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Tennis Court (see conditions)
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- At check-in, a credit card must be presented to guarantee payment for extras.
- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged.

- One child up to six years old stays free, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate.

- When booking 10 or more apartments, our group policy will be implemented. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to change.

- Pets are not allowed.
