Reservations are confirmed until 12:00 pm on the day after arrival.
- In case of no-show of guaranteed or prepaid reservations or canceled after the deadline, the amount corresponding to one night may be charged or retained as a fine, and will not be considered as a credit.

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustment;
