- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.

Important information for guests:

Accommodation of minors:
*For the accommodation of minors, it is mandatory to present an official document with a photo, even when accompanied by parents or guardians.

*In cases of accommodation of a minor unaccompanied by one of the parents, a written authorization from the legal guardian, with signature notarized, must be presented at check-in, accompanied by the minor's identification document.

*The accommodation of minors is subject to the provisions of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA) and the documentation required by applicable legislation.

Swimming pool:

*The maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pool are carried out on Mondays. For this reason, the pool will be unavailable for use on that day.

Accommodation of pets:

*Small pets weighing up to 15 kg are accepted.

*A cleaning fee of R$ 80.00 + 2% ISS (service tax) will be charged for the apartment, totaling R$ 81.60 per day and per animal.

*At check-in, presentation of an updated vaccination card is mandatory, including proof of a valid rabies vaccination within the last 12 months.

Children / extra beds and cribs:
Accommodation policy:
*Children of all ages are welcome.

*For children aged 7 or older, an additional fee will be applied, according to the current accommodation conditions.

*Accommodation in a triple room, including a foldable extra bed, is subject to advance booking directly with the hotel's Reservations department, subject to availability for the requested period.

- Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation;

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old stays free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.
