Payment 100% in advance at the time of booking.

Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. After this period, the full amount of the first night's reservation will be charged in case of cancellation, change or no-show.

Reservation Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.

Third Guest Fee: An additional fee corresponding to 25% of the daily rate will be charged for the third guest.

Children Policy: Children up to six years old will not incur an additional charge, as long as they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over six years old will incur an additional fee of 25% of the daily rate. If there are two children under the age of six, one of them will be exempt from the fee, while the other will be subject to a charge of 25% of the daily rate.

Group Policy: For reservations of 10 or more apartments, our group policy will apply. A signed contract is required, and rates may be subject to adjustment.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
