- Cancellations or changes up to 72 hours before check-in time can be made free of charge. Cancellation, changes and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night of the reservation;
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
- In case of cancellation after the deadline there will be no refund.

- Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;
- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;
- One child up to six years old is free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one of them will be free and one will be charged 25% of the daily rate;
- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.
- Pets are not allowed.
