- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.

Guarantee Policy: - All reservations may be charged at any time to the card provided at the time of booking; - Cancellations or changes up to 5 days prior to check-in may be made free of charge. Cancellations will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount, no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

Cancellation or alteration is not permitted in case of no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation. The hotel may be issued the debit card or pre authorize the credit card at the time of booking.

The cancellation deadline is 5 days before check-in.
Reservations are confirmed until 12:00 pm on the day after arrival.
- In case of no-show of guaranteed or prepaid reservations or canceled after the deadline, the amount corresponding to one night may be charged or retained as a fine, and will not be considered as a credit. If it is a Package, there will be a charge or retention of the amounts spent on items made available for the reservation that was not made.

The hotel gym will be under renovation from January 20th, 2026 to March 15th, 2026. For your convenience, the equipment will be available next to the pool. We are working to offer even more comfort. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

- Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation;

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old stays free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will be free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The hotel has covered parking, with valet service available and charged separately per day.
