Maximum free cancellation period: 7 days prior to check in. In case of cancellation after the deadline, there will be no refund.

- We require prepayment of 100% of the accommodation at the time of booking;
- Amounts over R$1,000.00 can be paid in up to 18 installments on Visa or Master cards. We do not accept payments by check;
- Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out must be done by 12:00 pm. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;
- For the third guest, 30% will be added to the daily rate.
- Two children up to eleven (11) years old are free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment, with one child free of charge per paying adult. If the apartment has only one adult and two children, the second child will be charged according to hotel policy.
- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustment;
- Pets are not allowed.
