Important information for guests:

Parking:
*The hotel has private parking on site, subject to a fee of R$ 18.36 per day.

Accommodation of minors:
*For the accommodation of minors, it is mandatory to present an official document with a photo, even when accompanied by parents or guardians.

*In cases of accommodation of a minor unaccompanied by one of the parents, a written authorization from the legal guardian, with signature notarized, must be presented at check-in, accompanied by the minor's identification document.

*The accommodation of minors is subject to the provisions of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA) and the documentation required by applicable legislation.

Swimming Pool
*The maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pool are carried out on Mondays. For this reason, the pool will be unavailable for use on that day.

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old stays free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment.

Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

When booking 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to change.
