Required 100% advance payment within 48 hours after the completion of the reservation.

Cancellation or alteration is not permitted in case of no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation. The hotel may be issued the debit card or pre authorize the credit card at the time of booking.

We are currently undergoing construction in our parking lot, and during this period, parking space availability will be subject to change.

- Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this period will incur a charge of 100% of the first night's reservation;

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old stays free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The hotel accepts pets for an additional fee, with restrictions, and presentation of the vaccination card is mandatory. For more information, please contact the hotel.
