We request advance payment of 100% of the stay amount.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation.
- The hotel may, at any time after reservation confirmation, pre-authorize the credit card provided in order to validate the data and guarantee payment of the daily rates and any consumption, according to the reservation conditions.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation or alteration is not permitted in case of no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation. The hotel may be issued the debit card or pre authorize the credit card at the time of booking.
- Cancellation or modification until 24 hours before the check-in can be done without charge. Cancellations, modification after that deadline or no-show will be charged 100% of the rate for the first night of the reservation;
- All reservations must be guarateed with a credit card and its respective CVV.

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;
- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;
- One child up to six years old stays free, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;
- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to change.
All hotel apartments are non-smoking.
Reservations for the Pet Friendly program must be made directly with the hotel unit, as this service is subject to availability. Availability of the Pet Friendly program may vary depending on the unit and demand; direct confirmation with the hotel is essential. Additional fees may apply for pet accommodation, according to the unit's policy.
