General Policy
IMPORTANT:
The tennis court is available by prior reservation and payment of an additional fee. Consult the hotel reception for more information and scheduling.
- Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation;
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;
- At check-in, it is mandatory to present a credit card to guarantee payment of extras;
- Children over 6 years old are charged as adults;
- One child under six years old is free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment.
- For two children under 6 years old, one stays free of charge and the other is charged as an adult;
- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.
- We allow pets (only cats and dogs) exclusively on the first floor with an additional charge of R$ 350.00 + 5% per day; please contact the reservations team to check availability.
