ATTENTION:

NOTICE 1: On November 10, 2025, there will be a power outage between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM!

NOTICE 2: We will have scheduled maintenance on our pool from November 16th to 23rd, 2025. During this period, our guests can enjoy the pool bar and one adult/children's pool as usual.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but these are necessary actions for implementing improvements.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

IMPORTANT:

Tennis Court (see conditions)

- Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation;

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- At check-in, it is mandatory to present a credit card to guarantee payment of extras;

- Children over 6 years old are charged as adults;

- One child under six years old is free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment.

- In the case of 2 children under 6 years old, one is free of charge and the other is charged as an adult;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.

- We allow pets in the Classic category with a charge of R$ 200.00 + 5% per day. Please contact the reservations team to check availability, as not all apartments in this category are eligible.
