- Advance payment of 100% of the package value 7 days in advance;

Deadline for cancellation of the package free of charge: up to 72 hours in advance of check-in. In case of non-attendance or cancellation after the deadline, will be debited to the value on the first day.

Please note that from January 19th to February 28th, 2026, during elevator modernization, the hotel will operate with one social elevator and one service elevator, which may result in waiting times during peak hours.

- Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation;

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old stays free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the room. Children over six years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.

- Pets are not allowed.
