- All reservations must be guarateed with a credit card and its respective CVV;
- Cancellation or modification until 24 hours before the check-in can be done without charge. Cancellations, modification after that deadline or no-show will be charged 100% of the rate for the first night of the reservation.

The cancellation deadline is 48 hours before check-in.
Reservations are confirmed until 12:00 pm on the day after arrival.
- In case of no-show of guaranteed or prepaid reservations or canceled after the deadline, the amount corresponding to one night may be charged or retained as a fine, and will not be considered as a credit. If it is a Package, there will be a charge or retention of the amounts spent on items made available for the reservation that was not made.

Dear guests: pool maintenance and cleaning is carried out on Mondays and is unavailable for use on this day. - Cancellations or changes up to 24 hours before check-in time can be made free of charge. Signing a contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustment. - Pets are not allowed.
