Full pre-payment is required. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the amount due will not be refunded or charged back.

The pool is undergoing maintenance from July 7th to July 31st, 2025.

We would like to inform you that the spa and sauna services are temporarily suspended.
We appreciate your understanding and wish you a wonderful stay!

- Cancellations or changes up to 24 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this time will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge.
- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged.
- One child up to six years old is free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will be free and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate.

- When booking 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and rates may be subject to adjustment.

- Pets are not allowed.
