- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.

On other dates:

Guarantee Policy: - All reservations may be charged at any time to the card provided at the time of booking; - Cancellations or changes up to 5 days prior to check-in may be made free of charge. Cancellations will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount, no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

Cancellation or alteration is not permitted in case of no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation. The hotel may be issued the debit card or pre authorize the credit card at the time of booking.

The amount paid in advance will be refunded in case of cancellation up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival. In case of no-show, the full price of the reservation will be charged.

- Cancellations or changes up to 24 hours before check-in time may be made free of charge. Cancellations, changes and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation;
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out must be done by 12:00 pm. Early check-in or late check-out may generate an additional charge;
- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;
- One child up to six years old is free of charge, as long as they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one of them will be free and one will be charged 25% of the daily rate;
- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The hotel has covered parking, with valet parking available and a separate charge per day.
