- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.

-We request advance payment of 100% of the package value;

Full pre-payment is required. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the amount due will not be refunded or charged back.

From 22 / Apr / 2020 to 30 / Jun / 2020; 1 / Aug / 2020 to Dec / 23/2020: 1 night penalty for cancellation 3 days prior to passenger entry and / or NO SHOW. The operator must inform flight or fail to warn in the reservation in the case of clients arriving at the estimated hotel first day of the day after the planned date as IN in order to protect the room and not be considered NOT SHOW.

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 25% of the daily rate will be charged;

- One child up to six years old stays free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment. Children over 6 years old will be charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children under 6 years old, one will stay free of charge and the other will be charged 25% of the daily rate;

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to change.
