Cancellation Policies
Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.
General Policy
Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. After this deadline, the full amount of the first night's reservation will be charged in case of cancellation, change, or no-show.
Reservation Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.
Third Guest Fee: An additional fee corresponding to 25% of the daily rate will be charged for the third guest.
Children's Policy: Children up to six years old will not incur any additional cost, provided they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over six years old will have an additional fee of 25% of the daily rate. If there are two children under six years old, one will be exempt from the fee, while the other will be subject to a charge of 25% of the daily rate.
Group Policy: For reservations of 10 or more apartments, our group policy will apply. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Check-in and Check-out

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• Weekends and holidays: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM

• Lunch: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
• Dinner: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Room Cleaning
Room cleaning is preferably done in the morning, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, provided that check-out is not scheduled for the same day.

Smoke-free environment
