Cancellation Policies
Cancellations and changes are not permitted. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.
General Policy
Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or changes may be made free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. After this period, the full first night's rate will be charged in the event of cancellation, change, or no-show.
Reservation Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.
Third Guest Fee: An additional 25% of the daily rate will be charged for the third guest.
Child Policy: Children up to six years old will not incur an additional charge, provided they sleep in one of the existing beds in the apartment. Children over six years old will incur an additional 25% of the daily rate. If there are two children under six years of age, one will be exempt from the fee, while the other will be subject to a 25% charge.
Group Policy: For reservations of 10 or more apartments, our group policy will apply. A signed contract is required, and rates may be subject to adjustment.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property.
