Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.

General Policy

- Cancellation or modification until 24 hours before the check-in can be done without charge. Cancellations, modification after that deadline or no-show will be charged 100% of the rate for the first night of the reservation;
- All reservations must be guarateed with a credit card and its respective CVV;
- The check-in starts at 2:00 PM and the check-out at 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out can be charged;
- The third guest is charged 25% of the daily rate;
- One child younger than six years old is not charged, since he/she sleeps in one of the preexisting beds in the room. Children older than six years will charged 25% of the daily rate. In the case of two children younger than six years old, one of the will be charged 25% of the daily rate;
- Conditions exclusive to individual reservations with the maximum of 9 rooms per períod. For 10 rooms or more per period, the hotel must be consulted for specific conditions;
- No pets allowed.
