The deadline for cancellation without charge is 21 days before the check-in date.

Other national holidays and the months of January and July: Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
Promotional rates and periods of major events and conventions in the city have different confirmation and cancellation policies.
Any communication, whether for changing or canceling reservations, must be made through the same channel through which the reservation was made.
Reservations without a "No Show" guarantee are confirmed until 6:00 p.m. on the day of check-in. After this period, they will be confirmed subject to availability.
Reservations with a "No Show" guarantee are confirmed until 12:00 p.m. on the day after the check-in date, with a one-day fee charged in the event of no-show without notice within the deadline or cancellation after the deadline.

Maximum free cancellation period: 7 days prior to check in. In case of cancellation after the deadline, there will be no refund.

We do not accept payments by check;

- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge;

- For the third guest, 30% will be added to the daily rate.

- Two children up to eleven (11) years old are free of charge, provided they sleep in one of the pre-existing beds in the apartment, one child being free per paying adult. If the apartment has only one adult and two children, the second child will be charged according to the hotel's policy.

- When making reservations for 10 or more apartments, we will implement our group policy. A signed contract is required, and prices may be subject to adjustments;

- Pets are not allowed.
