We require 100% prepayment of the accommodation before your arrival. Your reservation will be considered confirmed after confirmation of the charge on your credit card.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. If the credit approval is not proven, the hotel will contact you to request another form of guarantee.
About the credit card provided at the time of purchase: 100% advance payment.
A prepayment of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at any time.
Payment will be processed after the reservation is made.
The credit card provided is only for guarantee purposes.
Your reservation will be considered confirmed after confirmation of the charge on your credit card.
Amounts above R$ 1,000.00 can be paid in up to 18 installments on Visa or Master cards. We do not accept payments by check.
In order to guarantee the security of the transaction, it will be necessary to present the identity document of the credit card holder at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
The deadline for cancellation without charge is 21 days before the check-in date.
(*) High season periods have a different cancellation policy:
Christmas and New Year's Eve packages: Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
Carnival and Easter packages: Free cancellation up to 21 days before check-in.
Other national holidays and the months of January and July: Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
Promotional rates and periods of major events and conventions in the city have different confirmation and cancellation policies.
Any communication, whether for changing or canceling reservations, must be made through the same channel through which the reservation was made.
Reservations without a "No Show" guarantee are confirmed until 6:00 p.m. on the day of check-in. After this period, they will be confirmed subject to availability.
Reservations with a "No Show" guarantee are confirmed until 12:00 p.m. on the day after the check-in date, with a one-day fee charged in the event of no-show without notice within the deadline or cancellation after the deadline.
Maximum free cancellation period: 7 days prior to check in. In case of cancellation after the deadline, there will be no refund.
The maximum cancellation period without charge is up to 30 days prior to check-in;
A charge of 100% of the total reservation price may be applied before the end of the free cancellation period;
In case of no-show, the guest must pay 100% of the total reservation price;
In case of cancellation outside the deadline, there will be no refund.
The deadline for cancellation without charge is 48 hours before the check-in date.

General Policy
- Realice el WebCheck-in con reconocimiento facial a través de nuestra página web o mediante el código QR en recepción.
- Solicitamos el prepago del 100% del alojamiento al momento de la reserva.
- Los montos superiores a R$ 1.000,00 se pueden pagar en hasta 12 cuotas con tarjetas Visa, MasterCard y Amex. No aceptamos pagos con cheque.
- El horario de entrada es a partir de las 15:00 h y la salida debe realizarse antes de las 12:00 h. La entrada anticipada o la salida tardía pueden tener un cargo adicional.
- Para el tercer huésped, se añadirá un 30% a la tarifa diaria.
- Dos niños de hasta once (11) años se alojan gratis, siempre que duerman en una de las camas preexistentes del apartamento. Un niño es gratis por cada adulto que paga. Si el apartamento solo tiene un adulto y dos niños, se cobrará al segundo niño según la política del hotel.
Al reservar 10 o más apartamentos, aplicaremos nuestra política de grupos. Se requiere un contrato firmado y los precios pueden estar sujetos a ajustes.
