- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;

The cancellation deadline is 48 hours before check-in. Reservations are confirmed until 12:00 pm on the day after arrival. - In case of no-show of guaranteed or prepaid reservations or canceled after the deadline, the amount corresponding to one night may be charged or retained as a fine, and will not be considered as a credit. If it is a Package, there will be a charge or retention of the amounts spent on items made available for the reservation that was not made.
