We require 100% prepayment of the accommodation before your arrival. The total payment will be processed after the reservation is made and charged to the credit card provided. Your reservation will only be considered confirmed after this payment is approved.
If the credit is not approved, the hotel may cancel the reservation.
For the security of the transaction, it is mandatory to present the identity document of the credit card holder at the time of check-in.
- All reservations must be guarateed with a credit card and its respective CVV;
- Cancellation or modification until 24 hours before the check-in can be done without charge. Cancellations, modification after that deadline or no-show will be charged 100% of the rate for the first night of the reservation.

Cancellation or alteration is not permitted in case of no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation. The hotel may be issued the debit card or pre authorize the credit card at the time of booking.
