We require 100% prepayment of your accommodation before arrival. Consider your reservation confirmed after confirmation of the charge on your credit card.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. If credit approval is not verified, the hotel will contact you to request another form of guarantee.
Regarding the credit card provided at the time of purchase: 100% prepayment.
A prepayment of the total reservation amount will be charged at any time.
Payment will be processed after the reservation is made.
The credit card provided is for guarantee purposes only.

- Installment payments in up to 18 interest-free installments with the following card brands: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Elo;
Minimum installment amount: R$ 150.00;
In order to guarantee the security of the transaction, it will be necessary to present the identity document of the credit card holder at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Free and without fines up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the voucher by email (cancellation deadline). After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and cannot be converted into credit for future stays.
