We require 100% prepayment of the accommodation before your arrival. Your reservation will be considered confirmed after confirmation of the charge on your credit card.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. If the credit approval is not proven, the hotel will contact you to request another form of guarantee.
About the credit card provided at the time of purchase: 100% advance payment.
A prepayment of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at any time.
Payment will be processed after the reservation is made.
The credit card provided is only for guarantee purposes.

Amounts above R$ 1,000.00 can be paid in up to 18 installments on Visa or Master cards. We do not accept payments by check.
In order to guarantee the security of the transaction, it will be necessary to present the identity document of the credit card holder at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Free and without fines up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the voucher by email (cancellation deadline). After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and cannot be converted into credit for future stays.
