Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Cancellation or changes are not permitted, in case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.
- All reservations must be guarateed with a credit card and its respective CVV;
- Cancellation or modification until 24 hours before the check-in can be done without charge. Cancellations, modification after that deadline or no-show will be charged 100% of the rate for the first night of the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
Full pre-payment is required. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the amount due will not be refunded or charged back.
On other dates:- Cancellations or changes made up to 24 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's reservation; - All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
