Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- We require 100% prepayment of the accommodation before your arrival. Consider your reservation confirmed after confirmation of the charge on your credit card;
- Regarding the credit card provided at the time of purchase: 100% prepayment;
- A prepayment of the total reservation amount will be charged at any time;
- Payment will be processed after the reservation is made;

- In order to guarantee the security of the transaction, it will be necessary to present the identity document of the credit card holder at check-in;
- For your security: at the time of check-in you will need to present the same card used for the reservation;

- We do not accept checks as a form of payment.

Reservations are flexible for changes or cancellations within the timeframe (except peak season and package periods). All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
We require 100% prepayment at the time of booking.
Reservations may be automatically canceled if payment is not made within the established deadline.
Daily Rates:
• Cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in
EARLY DEPARTURE
Daily Rates: A penalty of one daily rate will be charged. The remaining balance (if any) will be converted to a credit card valid for six months.
Packages: No refunds.
NO-SHOW (no-show on the day of check-in)
Daily Rates: The first daily rate plus tax will be charged. The reservation remains active until 12:00 PM the following day.
Packages: The full charge will be non-refundable.
