PREPAYMENT METHODS:
• 6 installments on credit cards, minimum installment of R$500.00, for cards issued in Brazil.
• You will be asked to provide the card used for advance payment at check-in.
• For your security: you will need to present the same card used for the reservation at check-in.
• To cover incidentals, a pre-authorization of R$500.00 per day will be made on the reservation holder's credit card at check-in.
• We do not accept checks as a form of payment.

Reservations are flexible for changes or cancellations within the timeframe (except peak season and package periods). All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
We require 100% prepayment at the time of booking.
Reservations may be automatically canceled if payment is not made within the established deadline.
Daily Rates:
• Cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in
EARLY DEPARTURE
Daily Rates: A penalty of one daily rate will be charged. The remaining balance (if any) will be converted to a credit card valid for six months.
Packages: No refunds.
NO-SHOW (no-show on the day of check-in)
Daily Rates: The first daily rate plus tax will be charged. The reservation remains active until 12:00 PM the following day.
Packages: The full charge will be non-refundable.
