Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Cancellations or changes are not permitted; in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.
- Installment payments in up to 18 installments without interest on the following card brands: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Elo;
Minimum installment amount: R$ 150.00; We do not accept payments by check.
- In order to guarantee the security of the transaction, it will be necessary to present the identity document of the credit card holder at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Free and without fines up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the voucher by email (cancellation deadline). After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and cannot be converted into credit for future stays.
