Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card;
- Cancellations or changes are not permitted. In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel may debit or pre-authorize the card at the time of booking.
- Amounts over R$1,000.00 can be paid in up to 18 installments on Visa or Master cards. We do not accept payments by check.
- In order to ensure the security of the transaction, it will be necessary to present the identity document of the credit card holder at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Free and without fines up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the voucher by email (cancellation deadline). After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and cannot be converted into credit for future stays.
