Cancellation Policies

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival during low season and up to 15 days before your arrival date. Except for holidays or special dates, where the rate is non-refundable. 100% of the total reservation will be charged if canceled outside the deadline prior to your arrival date.

In case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
