Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The credit card used to make the reservation will only serve to guarantee the reservation. For non-refundable reservations, the total reservation amount will be charged to the card registered at the time of booking.

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards as a guarantee.

Cancellation Policies

A no-show guarantee is required for all reservations. The CREDIT CARD PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL ONLY BE USED AS A GUARANTEE AND WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IN CASE OF NO-SHOW.

For reservations with a refundable rate plan, cancellation is permitted up to 1 day (24 hours) before the guest's arrival date. In case of no-show, the value of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
