Deposit / Guarantee Policies

THE CREDIT CARD USED TO MAKE THE RESERVATION WILL ONLY BE USED TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION. IN CASES OF NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS, THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE DEBITED TO THE CARD REGISTERED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 4/20/2024 - 4/20/2024

Reservations with a NON-REFUNDABLE policy in case of cancellation or change can only be made if made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Changes to reservations will be subject to availability and price differences. After the 7-day period, daily rates will be charged and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.

A no-show guarantee is required for all reservations. THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL BE USED FOR GUARANTEE PURPOSES ONLY AND WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF NO SHOW. In the case of a reservation with a refundable rate plan, cancellation will be permitted up to 1 day before (24 hours) the guest's arrival date. In the case of a no-show, the amount of the 1st (first) day will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
