THE CREDIT CARD USED TO MAKE THE RESERVATION WILL BE ONLY TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION. FOR NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS, THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE DEBITED TO THE CARD REGISTERED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Cancellation Policies

No show guarantee is required on all bookings. THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL BE FOR GUARANTEE ONLY AND WILL ONLY BE DEBITTED IN CASE OF NO SHOW.
In the case of a reservation with a refundable rate plan, cancellation will be permitted up to 1 day before (24 hours) the guest's arrival date. In case of no show, the amount of the 1st (first) night will be charged to the credit card provided in the reservation.
