Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee your reservation and secure your chosen accommodation, we kindly ask that you pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount. This deposit must be paid within 72 hours of booking confirmation. Please send proof of payment to [email protected].

If the deposit payment is not confirmed within this period, we regret to inform you that your reservation may be automatically canceled. This measure is intended to ensure the availability of our apartments for all our guests.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 7/12/2025 - 12/31/2026

Full payment is required in advance after the reservation is made. Cancellations are not permitted. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.

On other dates:

100% Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy

Dear guest, we understand that unexpected events happen. While our standard policy does not allow refunds, we offer alternatives for exceptional cases:

Cancellations up to 30 days before check-in: In specific circumstances, such as health problems or flight complications, you can request a Letter of Credit for future use. This letter is valid for 6 months and is issued after reviewing medical evidence or relevant documentation, subject to management approval.
Credit Amount: The credit does not apply to previously booked rates and is not valid for current promotions.
No Show, Late Check-in, or Early Check-out: In these situations, amounts paid will not be refunded or converted to credit.
Please note that promotional rates, packages, and holidays are charged in advance and are completely non-refundable.

These conditions apply to all reservations, unless specifically instructed in your booking confirmation.
