Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee your reservation and secure your chosen accommodation, we kindly ask that you pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount. This deposit must be paid within 72 hours of booking confirmation. Please send proof of payment to [email protected].

If the deposit payment is not confirmed within this period, we regret to inform you that your reservation may be automatically canceled. This measure is intended to ensure the availability of our apartments for all our guests.

Cancellation Policies

Full payment is required in advance after the reservation is made. Cancellations are not permitted. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
